Toilet Paper/Kitchen Towel / Maxi Roll Production Line

This production line mainly includes toilet paper rewinding machine (non-stop rewinding machine, paper storage rack), toilet paper cutting machine, toilet paper packaging machine, as well as palletizing stacking and wrapping equipment.

The production process is to process the base paper purchased from the paper mill into toilet paper/kitchen paper/maxi roll for our daily use through rewinding, embossing, cutting, packaging.

There are various types of production lines to choose from: high-speed fully automatic non-stop series, ordinary economy semi-automatic system, all of which can be matched with suitable models according to user needs.

Napkin Production Line

This production line mainly includes  napkin folding machine and napkin packaging machine,

The production process involves folding, embossing, printing, slitting, automatic transferring (optional), packaging, and processing suitable sized napkin base paper purchased from a paper mill into the napkins we use daily.

Facial Tissue Production Line

This production line mainly includes facial tissue folding machine, tissue paper cutting machine, tissue paper soft pack packaging machine/tissue paper box packaging machine.

The production process involves folding, embossing, printing, cutting, automatic transferring (optional), semi-automatic/automatic packaging, and processing suitable sized tissue paper from a paper mill into our daily use facial tissue.

Automatic Neck Paper Rewinder

1. With high precision screwy perforation knife,makes a lower perforation noise and clearer perforating, larger adjusting scope of gear box.
2. Horizontal back-stands, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, and pneumatically wide belt 
paper unwinding driving, and individual  web tension control unit for each jumbo roll.
3. The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons, it's more safety and easier to feed the web.
